At Reine Roi, we are able to exchange clothing items for another size or item. For items you wish to return, we do not offer refunds. Please check our size guide for the best shopping experience, as our pieces run/fit true to size.
We’re happy to accept exchanges on garments that are unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within certain days of delivery to you, depending on your location.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Reine Roi when sent back.

Within Lagos, Nigeria: We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 5 days of your receipt, anything sent to us after 5 days may be returned to you.
Outside Lagos, Nigeria: We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 10 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 10 days may be returned to you.

All our prices for RTW are final and cannot be priced, however, we do offer discounts occasionally if you are signed up to our mailing list, so do look out for us!
Yes, you can. We are able to do virtual consultations and we ship worldwide.
For all our bespoke pieces, you’d need to book to have a consultation with us; which can be done in person or virtual (if you are not able to come in).

With our bespoke services, no two dresses are alike. So prices will vary depending on many factors like fabric, style and embroidery work.
