Standard Delivery Lagos: 2-5 working days.
All Other States: 2-10 working days.
Next Day Delivery Lagos ONLY: Orders placed before 5pm (Mon – Fri) are delivered the next working day.
Note: Orders may take up to 2 working days to process during busier periods.
We offer worldwide shipping to all countries around the world with an estimated delivery time frame of 3 – 10 working days.
Please note: International orders (outside Nigeria) may be subject to tariffs, taxes, duties and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations. These charges are not included in the price at checkout and you will be required to pay these charges upon delivery.

At Reine Roi, we are able to exchange clothing items for another size or item. For items you wish to return, we do not offer refunds. Please check our size guide for the best shopping experience, as our pieces run/fit true to size.
We’re happy to accept exchanges on garments that are unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within certain days of delivery to you, depending on your location.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Reine Roi when sent back.

Within Lagos, Nigeria: We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 5 days of your receipt, anything sent to us after 5 days may be returned to you.
Outside Lagos, Nigeria: We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 10 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 10 days may be returned to you.
